OZONE BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Ozone Birthday Parties only run on Sundays during our public skate sessions and consist of the following:
Party child’s name on screen upon arrival in reception
60-minute skate session
45 minutes for food in a private party room
Skate hire
Skating aids
Time Slots
Slot 1. Arrival 11:30am. Free Skate 12-1pm. Food 1:15-2pm
Slot 2. Arrival 12:45pm. Free Skate 1:15-2:15pm. Food 2:30-3:15pm
Slot 3. Arrival 2pm. Free Skate 2:30-3:30pm. Food 3:45-4:30pm
Slot 4, Arrival 3:15pm, Free Skate 3:45pm – 4:45pm, Food 5pm – 5:45pm
Cost
Our party package is £18 per head, which includes:
Skate entry
The birthday child’s name displayed on the TV
Table space for the party upstairs in the party room
There is an additional £13.50 charge for the ice steward supporting the party. Please let us know if you would prefer not to include this.
A minimum charge of 10 children applies, with a maximum of 15 children per party.
Host Responsibility: The host of the birthday party is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all children
attending the party. Please ensure that children are always supervised and adhere to all safety guidelines
provided by Ozone Ice Rink.
NB: Please be aware that the café is no longer operating; however, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages for the party, which you would be able to enjoy in the new larger party room (no longer located in the bar area). There is a strict 45 minute time slot for the room hire, to allow time for a clean up before the next party. A large birthday banner and all new seating/benches plus an extra table to display presents/birthday cake is included
Private Hire Option (popular for parties of 20+ children)
1-hour private ice time (with no other public skaters on the ice) with skate hire included is £720.00
Arrival 3:15pm. Free Skate 3:45-4:45pm. Food 5-5:45pm
To have a figure skating coach, this is subject to availability and a quote can be provided upon request.
Payment terms
£50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your party. An invoice will be emailed to you to enable you to make payment via bank transfer.
Final numbers for the party are to be given no later than 10 days prior to your party date. We will then issue your final balance by invoice which would need to be paid 7 days prior to the party date.
For those who are looking to invite their friends, we do offer a complimentary party invitation card.
