Jon Behari

Jon has been in the ice industry since 1989 starting skating relatively late (at the age of 15).

 

He competed as a solo and pairs skater and then performed professionally with various production company’s around the world before coaching in 1997.

Jon has also had experience as a BIS judge and tech team member and also worked as a ISU choreographer for TeamGB at two World Synchronised Skating Championships.

 

He loves producing skating shows for clients across the world including; Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Parks Canada (Banff National Park – Alberta) and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

 

He also has plenty of experience in building and operating temporary ice rinks during Winter in the UK.

 

Jon has recently relocated to London following a long stint in Scotland.

Sophie Coxhead

Sophie Coxhead

Sophie is a qualified Level 2 British Ice Skating Coach and has been skating since the tender age of 3 years old.

 

She has competed successfully and medalled at national and international competitions in both solo ice dance and free skating. Along with her competitions, she has taken part in many annual pantomimes and galas over the years.

 

Sophie started her coaching journey back in 2015 and thrives on teaching all ages and abilities and encourages a skate for all attitude. 

Melissa Greenland

Melissa Greenland

Melissa has over 15 years’ experience of competitive ice skating in both free and pairs including the British Championships and brings a wealth of energy and passion to the Ozone Rink.

 

She has skated professionally in ice shows travelling around Europe, the UAE and America, including Adagio pairs skating and landing a principle role as Elsa in Frozen.

 

Melissa is a qualified ice-skating coach and personal trainer.

 

Melissa welcomes anyone who wishes to learn and is committed to help her students reach their goals and enjoy ice skating to the max!

Natasha Hale

Natasha Hale

Natasha is an accomplished ice-dancer, having competed nationally and internationally before embarking on a 4-year world tour with Holiday On Ice’s acclaimed “Hollywood” production.

 

During her 16 years of teaching, Natasha has nurtured British Ice Dance champions and also coaches the adult synchro team.

 

With a passion for teaching good quality edge work, Natasha’s extensive experience helps all levels of skaters to achieve their full potential.

Gabby Saxby

Gabriella Saxby

Gabby is a qualified Level 2 British Ice Skating Coach who has been skating since she was 7 years old.

 

Gabby coaches both ice dance and free skating and has experience coaching a wide range of skaters, from beginner to national competitors.

 

Gabby also has experience of coaching on International seminars and competed at a British national level in solo dance and with dance partners.

 

Alongside skating, Gabby has 20 years of dance experience performing in many shows.

 

Also completing a psychology degree with a focus on sport psychology modules.

Olga Timofeeva

Olga Timofeeva

Olga hales from St. Petersburg, Russia and has been coaching since 2013.

 

Master Sport of World Class Figure Skating- Elite Figure Skater

 

Olga has skated in Singles, Pairs and Synchro and was a Russian National team member in 2012!

Performing in shows across the world 2013-2017 in many tours including; Holiday on Ice, Ice Vision, Ice Theatre, and Circus on Ice.

 

Olga coaches on ice, off-ice and choreography and ballet.

Emily is a qualified Level 2 British Ice Skating Coach who has a great passion for the sport.

 

Having started skating back in 2008, she has competed and medalled at many national competitions including the British Championships in both solo ice dance and free skating.

 

Emily loves coaching all ages and abilities and loves to help developing skaters fine tune their skills and techniques while maintaining enjoyment for all.

Booking 1-2-1 / Small Group Lessons

Introduction

Whether you are looking to develop your skating skills or fine-tune, revisit or have some extra coaching to assist with you Skate UK classes, our coaches can help you.

Our team of professional skating coaches can work with skaters (max. x4 at one time) on:

  • Patch Ice (x1 hour blocks and x1.5 hour blocks)
  • Practice Ice Sessions (x1 hour and x1.5 hour blocks)
  • Public Sessions (x1 hour blocks)

All our coaches are self-employed and are current license holders with BIS (British Ice Skating). Each coach is first-aid, safeguarding trained and hold valid DBS certificates too.

 

Coaching Fees

 

Each coach will have a coaching rate which you may ask for upon-request. But these will range from £10 to £15 per. x15 mins. lesson.

Payments are made directly to your coach.

 

Venue Sessions Fees

 

When attending any session type at OZONE. You must pre-book your access to the ice rink via the relevant session type prior to arriving at the venue and having your lesson.

If you arrange a lesson with one of our coaches you will have to book your session access and skate hire (if required) directly with OZONE.
