OZONE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Physical activity or exercise is undertaken at your own risk. If you have any concerns about your health or suitability for your chosen activity, you should seek guidance from your Doctor or relevant health professional before participating.
- If you have any medical issues that we need to be aware of, please fill out the Medical information form that can be found here. Once completed and signed, please email the form to info@ozonerink.co.uk
- Bookings are valid for the named person only.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked activity time. Late entry may be refused.
- Ozone Rink is not responsible for any lost or damage to property inside the facility or outside in the parking area.
- Always register your attendance by reporting to the reception desk on arrival.
- If you cancel a skating class/hockey session (excluding: Learn to Skate, skating & hockey courses) more than 48 hours prior to the start of your booking, you may re-book a new session at no additional cost.
- Skate UK classes must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the start date of the first class.
- You will need to complete your activity and be out of the building within one hour unless you are granted permission by staff or coaches to extend your activity.
- If you have multiple activities booked, please report to reception each time to register your attendance. Please ensure you exit and re-enter using the approved routes.
- Listen to our staff at all times and follow their instructions. Rude or aggressive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
- Please keep a safe distance between yourself and other people and always respect other guest’s personal space.
- Ozone Rink is operating cashless throughout all areas of the Rink no matter how small the monetary value.

- CCTV is active on the premises for the safety and security of everyone in the facility.
